Hi, I’m Hannah.

I help overwhelmed parents become calmer, more grounded leaders in their home.

If there’s a voice inside you saying “there has to be a different way,” you’re not alone. Many of the parents I work with are navigating behavioral or relational challenges with their children, feeling stuck in cycles of frustration, anxiety, or self-doubt, and quietly wondering if they’re “good enough.”

What they really want isn’t perfection, but a more peaceful, connected way of parenting that actually works for their family. They don’t need more information, but support in turning insight into lasting change.

My work helps you move from reactive parenting and power struggles to grounded leadership and connection. Together, we focus on building the internal regulation, communication skills, and mindset shifts that allow you to respond rather than react, even in the hardest moments.

My approach is informed by attachment theory, nervous system science, and child development, but always tailored to your real life and your unique family dynamic.

My goal is simple: to help you create a home that feels calmer, more connected, and more aligned with the parent you want to be.

  • Hannah's guidance has helped me step back from my knee jerk emotional responses and see my children for the bright and dynamic individuals that they are--individuals who are on their own journeys and who have their own visions for their lives. Through ongoing conversations with Hannah, I am more patient with myself as a mother and patient with their needs as teenagers.

Here's How It Works:

When you book a free consultation call with me, we will talk so I can get a sense of what’s going on for you and your family and where I can offer support.

I’ll explain my approach and the options we have for working together. You can ask any questions you have and see what type of support would be the best fit for your life and schedule.

If it feels right to you, we can book our first session and get started.  If it’s not a good fit, I will do my best to offer alternative resources or suggestions for support, wherever possible. There’s no pressure of any kind, simply an opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together.

Let’s connect.
