Individual sessions will focus on your specific parenting challenges while also covering a foundational topics such as emotional intelligence, communication, connected discipline, and attachment science. One-off consultations are offered in specific situations.

Group coaching offers an opportunity to learn and grow within a community. I offer a twelve week group program that covers the same content as individual coaching but structured to fit the group setting.
