About Me
I am a certified parent coach with over 15 years of experience supporting children and parents. I spent more than a decade as a classroom teacher and Dean of Students in both public and private schools, where I taught middle and high school social-emotional learning and worked directly with parents navigating stress, anxiety, and uncertainty around their children.
That experience taught me something crucial: parents of young children are overwhelmed not because they don't care enough, but because they're trying to do it all perfectly. They crave both expert guidance and genuine connection - someone who sees them, understands the pressure, and helps them find their own voice and intuition again.
Through one-on-one coaching, I help high-achieving parents of young children build practical skills, restore confidence, and reconnect with what actually matters to them as parents. My approach is grounded in research, delivered with warmth, and rooted in the belief that you already know what your family needs, but sometimes you need support to trust it.
When I am not coaching, I spend time hiking around the Bay Area, sewing, and dancing.
